Melissa is an experienced Art Director/Graphic Designer, blogger and all ‘round creative gal. She has a deep-seated passion for home decor, an obsession with anything vintage and a gift for great styling, a dabbling foodie and a (huge) sucker for D.I.Y. After spending nearly 10 years working in the marketing industry as an art director and graphic designer on national retail campaigns, her passion for blogging (and independent spirit) drove her to leave her cushy design job and start heel-toeing it down the road less traveled. Melissa is also proud to be a Home & DIY contributor at Apartment Therapy, creator of Toronto Lifestyle Bloggers group and bi-monthly Blog Brunch as well as the founder of The Happy Blogger workshop series.
